    Downloading and using Spinkanoid or services offered by Fronne is done at your own discretion and risk and you are solely responsible for all damage to your device, loss of data, or other harm that results from the use of our software and/or services.

    You understand and agree that all Content is owned, controlled, and/or licensed by Fronne. Fronne reserves the right to use all Content for any purpose, included but not limited by commercial and/or promotional use, without any limitation.
    Fronne reserves all rights, including, but not limited to, all intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights to and relating to Spinkanoid and its software.

    Spinkanoid is available for download at the App Stores, use of Spinkanoid is governed by the Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
    You are not able to use, download, or install Spinkanoid without first agreeing to this Terms of Use and accepting our Privacy Policy.
    You may not copy, republish, download, modify, distribute, license, sublicense, decompile, disassemble, create a derivative work based on, or reverse engineer any parts of Spinkanoid.
    You agree that you will not upload, viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or any other malicious code.
    Spinkanoid is supplied "as is". You assume the entire risk of using Spinkanoid.

    Fronne reserves the right to determine which user conduct is considered to be outside any general accepted decency rules.

    You agree that you will not:

    • Use dirty words, racist language, foul language, or other language which might offend other users

    • Promoting, encouraging or facilitating any illegal activity, violates the law or violates the rights of any party

    Fronne reserves the right to take appropriate action if you violate the law or any of our decency rules.
